Day out on the South Fork. Southhampton Arts Center. One of the more interesting exhibits they have had. About 10 different artist. All interesting and beautiful. Then Wölffer Estate Vineyards. Their Sauvignon Blanc is one of the best I have tasted, world location not withstanding…they make a great wine. Then sushi, great unfiltered cold sake then a plate of Hamachi (yellow tail tuna), Toro (fatty tuna), Uni (sea urchin), hamachi hand roll. Nice day. I now need to make some sushi. Maybe tomorrow.

- What is proper attire? I saw numerous people in “costumes” (their normal clothes). I guess they mean you can’t run naked. That’s too bad. It would invigorate a sometime stuffy attitude. He he he he !

- Unfiltered, cold sake. Since it is unfiltered, that is why the sake looks white, like the rice it came from.
