California rolls, tekka makis, yellow fin sashimi

I hate putting so much crap on FB. It’s like I’m displaying my life but I couldn’t wait. I am slowly transitioning to putting things up on my own site. In this case, I had to make some sushi. It’s kind of like an emergency sushi fix. Needed to remind myself I can keep on doing it. Instant transportation to a different reality that taste so good. This melange is interesting because I used some frozen yellow tail from Whole Foods (normally I use fresh tuna from a fish monger [the Claw] that I love and might die for :)). So besides some standard yellow tail nigiri sushi and sashimi, I put some California rolls together. Of course, everything had some avocado (have to keep California in business), some had bean sprouts (little crunch)…kinda like I’m learning to walk on the wild side with sushi, only the sushi wild site, that is… Here are some pics. BTW: It was very tasty. I learned a few things and understood how to make it better and it gave me an excuse to drink sake (not that I normally need one). LOL. Stay blessed, friends.
